Privacy Policy
Effective September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Crosspoint Media Solutions LLC (“Crosspoint,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates this website under the brand name Liberty Health, collects, uses, discloses, sells, and shares personal information, and the rights and choices available to you. It applies to information collected through this website, including any form, quiz, or quote request on it (together, the “Site”).
Please read this section carefully. Crosspoint is a marketing and lead generation company. We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency, or a government agency, and we do not offer, sell, or provide insurance. When you submit your information through the Site, we provide it — for compensation — to one or more licensed insurance agencies listed on our Marketing Partners page so they can contact you about health insurance products and services. Under some state privacy laws, this is considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you complete a form or quote request on the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include your full name, telephone number, state of residence, age or date of birth, household composition (for example, who in your household is seeking coverage), email address if requested, and any other information you choose to provide when you contact us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and activity, which may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs and the advertisement or link that brought you to the Site, pages viewed, time spent on pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers set by cookies or similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (such as campaign, ad, and click identifiers attached to your visit), from analytics providers, and from our Marketing Partners (such as confirmation that a lead was received or contacted).
Health information. The Site’s forms do not ask for medical history, diagnoses, or treatment information, and we ask that you not submit such information through the Site. Crosspoint is not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under HIPAA, and information you submit through the Site is not protected health information under HIPAA. Any health information you later provide to a licensed insurance agency or carrier is governed by that company’s own privacy practices.
2. How We Use Personal Information
- To deliver the service you requested: matching your information with, and transmitting it to, one or more licensed insurance agencies that can discuss health insurance options with you.
- To contact you, and to enable our Marketing Partners to contact you, by phone, text message, and email in accordance with the consent you provide.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including analytics, debugging, and fraud and spam prevention.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including determining which advertisements lead to completed requests.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- To maintain records of your consent, opt-outs, and privacy requests.
3. How We Disclose, Sell, and Share Personal Information
Marketing Partners (sale of leads). Our business is lead generation. We disclose the information you submit — typically your name, phone number, state, age, household composition, and the page from which you submitted — to one or more licensed insurance agencies listed on our Marketing Partners page, and we are compensated for doing so. Those agencies use your information to contact you about health insurance products and services and are independent companies responsible for their own privacy practices.
Service providers. We disclose personal information to vendors that process it on our behalf under contract, such as website hosting, form and workflow automation, spreadsheet and data storage, telephone dialing and call management platforms used to route your request, and email delivery providers.
Advertising and analytics partners. If we use advertising pixels, cookies, or analytics tools on the Site, those partners may collect device identifiers and activity data as described in Section 5. Depending on your state, this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or “targeted advertising,” and you may opt out as described below.
Legal and safety. We may disclose personal information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crosspoint, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If Crosspoint is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
4. Consent to Be Contacted
When you submit a form on the Site, you agree that Crosspoint and its Marketing Partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automated telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message, regarding health insurance products and services, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You may revoke your consent to be contacted at any time: reply STOP to any text message, ask to be placed on the internal do-not-call list during any call, or email us at info@savingdayhealth.com or call (251) 205-6801. Revoking consent with us does not automatically revoke consent with a Marketing Partner that has already received your information; we will, however, forward your request to any partner that received your information from us.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technology
The Site may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, measure traffic, and attribute advertising. These may include analytics tools and advertising pixels from platforms on which we advertise. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Where required by law, we treat recognized opt-out preference signals sent by your browser, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information collected through cookies on this Site.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and a growing number of other states) may give you some or all of the following rights, subject to legal limits:
- Right to know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to which it was disclosed, sold, or shared.
- Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising — direct us not to sell or share your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
- Right to portability — receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, or charge you different prices, for exercising your privacy rights.
- Right to appeal — in some states, if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond as required by your state’s law.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@savingdayhealth.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call (251) 205-6801. We will need to verify your identity before acting on access, deletion, or correction requests, typically by matching the name, phone number, and state you provide against our records. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent’s authority and direct confirmation from you.
7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Because we provide the information you submit to Marketing Partners for compensation, we “sell” personal information as some state laws define that term, and cookie-based advertising may constitute “sharing.” To opt out, visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, email info@savingdayhealth.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell,” or call (251) 205-6801. Note that if you opt out before submitting a form, we will not be able to connect you with a Marketing Partner, because transmitting your information to them is the service the Site provides.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain records of leads delivered, consents obtained, and opt-out requests honored; to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and to establish or defend legal claims. Retention periods vary by record type; records of consent and do-not-contact requests are kept as long as required by applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricting lead data to server-side systems, and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at info@savingdayhealth.com and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Websites
The Site links to websites we do not operate, including government resources and the websites of our Marketing Partners. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
