Terms of Use

Effective September 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Crosspoint Media Solutions LLC (“Crosspoint,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates this website under the brand name Liberty Health (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting information through any form on it, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are — Important Disclosures

Crosspoint Media Solutions LLC is a marketing company. We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency, or a government agency. This Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Healthcare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or any federal or state agency or program. We do not offer, sell, or provide insurance. We are not licensed to sell insurance, and no employee or representative of Crosspoint will quote, bind, or advise on any insurance product.

Not all applicants will qualify for coverage. Plan availability, benefits, and pricing vary by state and by individual circumstances. Nothing on the Site is an offer of coverage, a quote, or a guarantee of eligibility, price, or benefits.

3. The Service We Provide

The Site provides advertising and lead generation services. When you submit your information through a form on the Site, we transmit it to one or more licensed insurance agencies listed on our Marketing Partners page so a licensed insurance agent can contact you about health insurance products and services. We receive compensation from Marketing Partners for this service. Marketing Partners are independent companies: we do not control them, we are not responsible for the products they offer or the advice they give, and any relationship you form with a Marketing Partner or insurance carrier is solely between you and them.

4. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a form on the Site, you agree that Crosspoint and its Marketing Partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automated telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message, regarding health insurance products and services, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or see the Privacy Policy for additional opt-out methods.

5. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. The products marketed through the Site are under-65 individual and family health insurance products; the Site is not intended for, and does not market, Medicare or Medicaid products.

6. No Insurance, Medical, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Content on the Site — including guides, comparisons, blog posts, examples, and estimates — is general educational information provided for marketing purposes. It is not insurance, medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not account for your individual circumstances. Any figures on the Site are illustrative only and are not quotes or offers. Coverage decisions should be made with a licensed insurance professional and the actual policy documents in hand; the terms of an issued policy control over anything on this Site.

7. Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself, to submit only your own information, and to have authority to consent to contact at the phone number you provide. Do not submit medical history or other sensitive health information through the Site.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content — text, graphics, logos, trademarks (including “Liberty Health”), images, and software — are the property of Crosspoint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party information through any form.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site or submit forms.
  • Do not interfere with the Site's operation or security, probe or test its vulnerabilities, or attempt to access non-public systems or data.
  • Do not frame or mirror the Site, or use our trademarks, in connection with any other product or service.

10. Third-Party Websites and Marketing Partners

The Site links to third-party websites, including government resources, and your information may be provided to Marketing Partners as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, acts, or omissions of any third party, including Marketing Partners and insurance carriers. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL QUALIFY FOR, BE OFFERED, OR OBTAIN ANY INSURANCE PRODUCT, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR PRICE, BENEFIT, OR SAVINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROSSPOINT AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED FROM A THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crosspoint and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or information you submit through it.

14. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. YOU AND CROSSPOINT EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@savingdayhealth.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of first using the Site. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 14. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Crosspoint regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
